Our Alpha Propolene (TM) compounds are used extensively throughout the UK in a range of high quality industrial, domestic and automotive applications.
We purchase redundant polypropylene materials in various forms and reprocess it to produce black copolymer polypropylene in pellet form for sale to the moulding industry.

Our Process
COLLECTION
We purchase redundant polypropylene materials from all over the UK and transport back to our 15,000 sq foot reprocessing plant in Liverpool.
GRANULATION
We granulate the materials we collect as they usually come in many different forms; from regrind materials and packaging, to cases, crates and baskets, to sheets and caps to name but a few!
REPROCESS & RECYCLE
The materials are then inspected and tested in our laboratory, blended with lubricants and colours adjusted for required MFI (Melt Flow Index). The material can then undergo the extrusion process, where it is closely monitored and regulated, and then pelletised ready for packaging.
DISTRIBUTE
Our final black copolymer polypropylene product is then packaged to suit the customer requirements; in 25kg Valve Sacks, 1T Bullk Sacks or road tanker transport. It is then transported and delivered nationwide!
