Meet the Team
The Alpha Polymers family have been together for many, many years. The management team are committed to staff well-being and fair policies. The production team are considered the heart of Alpha, with many team members being a part of our journey since the beginning, our success is a credit to them!
Neil has been in the plastics industry since 1982, two years at a profile extrusion company in Southport, a further two years at a colour compounding company in Haydock and then joined Alpha Polymers in 1985.
With over 35 years with Alpha Polymers he has gained valuable experience at all levels in the business, including production, purchasing and sales.
Neil has held the position of Managing Director since 2001.
Louise joined the Alpha Polymers team in 1995 and assists Neil with the all aspects of business operation. Previously working at an accountancy practise, Louise initially joined us as bookkeeper and secretary.
Since then Louise progressed to her current role as Management Accountant, which she has held since 2002.
The majority of our production staff started with us in the early days and are still with us today.
This means that all members of staff have 15-25 years experience in our business and this gives us a wealth of knowledge in the field of polypropylene recycling.
The production staff all have experience in the plastics industry before joining Alpha too.
